Yesterday, we were in Kaarst to see Pop Art again. I'll try to give you a tiny impression of the night and its funniest moments:
- - -We're listening to the radio in the car and we are singing along with songs we don't even know.
Martin: "Your improvising is not bad"
Corine: "Well, I'm just making things up"
[silence]
Martin: "Isn't that what improvising is all about?"
- - -We arrive at the theater at 16.40 and later we find out the singers themselves arrived at 18.00:
Sanne: "Weren't you a little bit too early? They really won't start without us!"
- - -During "Angels", the audience has to sing along. The line for group 3:
Sanne: "Let's do the Britney Spears thing! [rubs his head] She looks like me right now anyway."
Later:
Hans: "Sing louder please! [...] Ok good, and now sing a bit better!" [Paul breaks into laughter]
- - -When I go to the toilet during the break, why do I always feel like singing "Die Schlange vor dem Damenklo ist kilometerlang... " etc.
- - -The bar is closed, but we still hang around. Bert is folding a crane out of a piece of paper.
Martin: "Do you have the black belt in origami? Why don't you fold Menno a beer, he's thirsty."
- - -Another Bodo-association: (Ok, I agree it't not exactly the line, but still.)
"Ich stell' mir grade vor..."
